Do Not Crush

Oral tablets and capsules that should not be crushed, split or chewed, with the reason for each: modified release, transmucosal delivery, irritation, taste, or hazard to the person handling the dose. Brand names matter here: a drug appears because of the products named beside it, not every product that contains it. Cross-checked against the MPR "Do not crush or chew" chart (May 2025) and the Pharmacist's Letter list "Drugs that shouldn't be crushed".
